Chris Peasner
Founder & CEO
Chris Peasner launched QStar AI as a result of wanting to know the difference between how humans solve problems and how machines solve problems. After garnering over 30 years of experience in leadership roles with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations he sensed that humans can take a more systematic approach to problem solving based on findings from machine learning. And so QStar AI was born.
Prior to launching QStar AI, Chris has previously served as Senior Vice President of Client Services for Broadlane (sold to MedAssets for $850M), the CEO of private equity backed venture, MedPricer, and a consultant to hospitals and health systems of all sizes.
Chris began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young after serving four years as a technology specialist in the U.S. Air Force. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife (and high school sweetheart), children, and two grandchildren, ages one and four. Experiencing them learning while learning machine learning has been a very interesting experience.
