Problem Solving 101
At its core, problem solving is about resource allocation and engagement. The right resources, optimally engaged, produce optimal outcomes. To be an effective problem solver there are two questions that you need to be asking:
Do you have the right resources?
Are your resources engaged?
So to be clear, this is not an assistant for decision making. This platform is an assistant for problem solving which focuses on ensuring the optimal resources are allocated and engaged as a project moves from current state to the desired future state.
